Hi Hurera,
Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
Please feel free to discuss more.
Wish you luck.

Hi Ahfaz,
Yes, you can take admission into M-tech course without GATE score card. You can take admission in state technical university affiliated colleges by appearing for an entrance exam conducted every year by respective state university/colleges etc.
With Gate score you may take admission in some renowned institute's like IIT's, NIT's, BIT's etc.

According to me, if you really want to do M. B. S, then taking admission in Graduation College is meaningless. Managing both is quiet difficult but not impossible. If you don't want to drop then or if your parents are not allowing, better first convince them that managing college exams along with NEET is tiresome and stressful, if they didn't allow you then you have to make a proper schedule and strategy and better stick to that schedule, focus on your weak topics, complete the physics part first and do revise biology daily and don't waste your time during college days. Hope it helps you.
