Indeed you can pursue Hotel Management after BE Civil.
If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management) then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with with 40%-50% in class 12th with English as one of the subjects plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.

You have not so good rank in SRMJEE and it doesn't really assure you to get a free seat in SRM. Please check the records of last few years and get in touch with the college. There are chances that you may get NIT based on your score in JEE mains. But you should not rely only on a single option. You should also apply for some other best institutes either government or private. You can also expect scholarships from some private universities.
