Hi Sunny,
Malaysia is not very expensive. The per annum expense comes to about 10 lacs including living expenses.

Hello Sathya Priya, Nice to know that you are a staff nurse who has done her degree in psychology too. This way, i'm sure you must be a God Send to your hospital, as , there are very few who have nursing skills and also have a knowledge of individual differences in patients. What do you mean be changing dept? Would you like to move to trauma and rehab counselling? If you want to do so then you should have your masters in the same. B.Sc may not be the qualification many hospitals would be looking for. However, you may do some advance counselling courses in psycho therapy which would come in handy when you deal with kids.
Regards,
Gomti
