Hi ashima,Yeah it is possible u can come into IT industry.Even any one can enter into IT industry.
If u did 12th science then go for B.E in CS or IT field it will be good for u.If you are not getting admission in B.E but u want to become engineer then there is another opting please take admission in Direct second year diploma in CS or IT after completing diploma u can opt for B.E.
If u dont have any interest in Engineering but u want to go for IT industry then opt for BSC IT(if u did 12th science).
If u did 12th from non-science field then opt for BCA(Bussiness computer application)
I will give u brief detail about IT industrythere are 3 branches: software devlpmnt(Web development,Desktop application development,Mobile Development,Enterprise Application development) it also include Testing domain
Software administration and maintenace(DataBase administrator,log monitoring and all)
Hardware and networking(CCNA,CCNP,Hardware chip level repairing):Every company want this type of professionals
