Hi,
You can easily opt mass communication with simple procedure. As right now, application form are available apply online. This is a 3 year course, where you will get BA degree.
After your 10+2 you can apply for it. You have to give College entrance exam and then you can go for further process.

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2. Above 300 marks are considered for admission in NITs for B.Arch. So you should try in private colleges.

Hello Niranjan,
Till last year, the one who scores at least 40% marks that is 80/200 is only declared as qualified and only the he/she are eligible for B.Arch admission.
But this year, the marking system has been changed. The one who scores at least 25% in each section will be declared qualified. So, it depends on the score that you get in each section.
Say, the total marks in 1st section is 120, if you score at least 30 (25%), then you will be qualified in the same way for the 2nd section.

No, a commerce student is not eligible for B.Tech degree.
B.Tech. - Bachelor of Technology is a 4-year engineering degree and can be pursed after 12th from science stream.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian citizen having either appearing for the final 12th exams or clear it with physics, chemistry and mathematics with 50% and above marks from a recognised board above the age of 17 years is eligible to apply for B.Tech degree through cracking respective entrance exams.
