B.Ed is a course which is purely related to teaching field whereas B.P.Ed is related to the field of Physical Education. The difference between both the courses are as follows:

Chances are very good with the grades you have. However admissions into M.Sc programs are very competitive in Canada so you have to work on your overall application kit. Your SOP and LORs , IELTS score, etc. will be evaluated.
