As the college is newly formed the cutoffs are very low. By general category, you will get chemical in the range of 70-80 easily. It is a private college. The fee structure is too high.

Hi Narendar, NIOS is accepted however you must have meet the entry requirements of the colleges you plan to apply to. Every college have a specific merit list, cut-offs are high. You have to check the merit-lists and apply accordingly.

Yes, there are chances that you might get into one of the NITs. Try for your home state NIT and then go for some low rank NIT's - NIT Hamirpur or NIT Srinagar. You might be able to get into these colleges. Else you'll have to go for regional engineering colleges.

Chances are very good with the grades you have. However admissions into M.Sc programs are very competitive in Canada so you have to work on your overall application kit. Your SOP and LORs , IELTS score, etc. will be evaluated.
