If we compare these two courses BBA is best. It involves complete basic knowledge about business administration whereas BMS focuses on management system. BBA involves management in vast and broader knowledge from commerce to business environment, taxation, law, business ethics and much more. BMS involves only management inside a firm.

A score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission in B.Arch in various government colleges.
Also, for NITs and government colleges, you need a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.

Yes, you can get admission as per your marks. As the ranks have been released, if you mention your rank then I may tell the exact possibility of getting a seat.
If your AIR is 2000 or more, then your chances will be low or nil. If you have a TNR ranking (home state rank) then you might get a seat.

Academic Profile: You should have above 75% in your undergraduate degree (i.e) CGPA 7.5/10, for Mechanical courses as heavy competition is out there.
