GATE is for both B.Tech & BE students. If your degree is valid as per UGC & AICTE guidelines then, of course, there's no question about it. You can go for Master's degree or placements via GATE if you complete BE.

I'll suggest you to go for Mechanical engineering with automobile specialisation or simply switch to Automobile Engineering. If for any reason you don't get these go for CSE, ECE or electrical engineering in any of the so called proper campus IITs and do branch shifting later. Moreover, if you go to NIT-Warangal or Trichy or so it's also an awesome option. But the former branch option with specialisation is better.

Hello Namita,
If we compare these two courses BBA is best. It involves complete basic knowledge about business administration whereas BMS focuses on management system. BBA involves management in vast and broader knowledge from commerce to business environment, taxation, law, business ethics and much more. BMS involves only management inside a firm.

Sorry to say, but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architect college.
A score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission in B.Arch in various government colleges.
Also, for NITs and government colleges, you need a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, try for any private university.
Best of luck.

Opting for commerce without maths is not a problem at all. You can easily pursue many courses like BBA which is Bachelors in business administration and MBA (Masters in business administration) and even CA.
Yes, of course, you need to take an entrance exam for some courses and maths will be there but the question will be related to basic mathematics like percentage, ratio and proportion, Time work, energy, etc.
So, no need to worry about the entrance exams as with little practice of basics maths topics, you can clear them easily and enrol for your desired course.
I would like to tell you that people very often confuse that maths in commer

Hello Sriram,
Yes, you can get admission as per your marks. As the ranks have been released, if you mention your rank then I may tell the exact possibility of getting a seat.
If your AIR is 2000 or more, then your chances will be low or nil. If you have a TNR ranking (home state rank) then you might get a seat.
So, mention your rank. Check your rank from www.sastra.edu

Placements are average as this year few MNC's came such as Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. and around 350 students were placed out of 1000 students. But even not being placed I was happy as most of the companies were IT companies and I belong to IT field so it was memorable movement for me. Companies like Accenture, Wipro, Infosys Technologies, Samsung Software Labs, Syntel India Ltd., I- Flex, L&T Infotech Ltd., HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Impetus, Nucleus Software, Polaris Labs, Assurgent Technologies, Perot Systems, IBM, Tech Mahindra ltd., Sapient Corporation, Inter Globe Technologies, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Alt
