You can choose to do engineering in electronics and communication at state-level colleges or IITs and NITs or BITS Pilani and other universities. Diploma in electronics and communication and even bachelors in electronics is a bright option.

Right after engineering is not advisable. To do a management degree, you should know what to manage. You need understand the technical department to manage them on the top level. Have 2 or 3 years of Work Experience in the technical front, you will get saturated and will be pushed to go towards management, do MBA then. Dual bonanza, Work Experience adds weight to your profile and you will be more clear on what domain you need an MBA.
Its not difficult after you know what you want and what you intend to do.
