The calculation is done over the percentile basis. For that your percentile must be greater than 90, then only you could get admitted into the top most government colleges for MBA.

No, you cannot get a chance in any of the NITs because you don't have as much rank as required for NITs in JEE Mains.
You should go for government colleges of your state. You will definitely get one.
