Amongst the two that you have mentioned I would suggest you to opt for BITS Pilani unless mechanical engineering does not interests you even a little.

Hi Girish, for the course you have specified, I would like to suggest Germany and USA.
Germany
It may not be possible to get a specialisation in all of the subjects you have specified. Automotive is easier to find than the others mentioned. Universities offering the course are : RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau, Univ of Bayreuth, TU Kaiserslautern
Education in Germany is tuition free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester as semester fee. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month.
