Hi Eshita,
As your query is posted under the Animation category, I would assume that you are interested in this stream and seeing your interest as mentioned in Neelu Kapoor's answer, I would suggest you to go ahead and study the same.
As for the colleges and hostels are concerned, there would be few as mostly there are private institutes in the country which offers courses in Animation like MAAC, Arena etc. which may provide you PGs but definitely Hostels are difficult, yet you can look for the govt. hostels which are there mainly for the working women.
To know about the institutes offering animation courses, kindly refer to the following

My suggestion to you, would be to start working with a small event management firm, instead of going in for an event management program. The reason is, event management, is a line which cannot be taught. This field is very dynamic, and each job differs significantly, from the other. You require an, excellent presence of mind, creativity and more importantly, should be able to size up the customer.

Hi UCL is one of the best and reputed colleges in the UK. I would suggest you to opt for a BEng or a BE and not MEng. As believed by many that MEng is a Masters or an integrated course, which it is not. MEng is just a Bachelors course and the student needs to study for 4 yrs instead of a normal 3 yrs for a BEng.
Anything above 90% should be a good score to be able to apply for UCL.
The rest of the details are just the same as given by me to another query of your at : https://ask.shiksha.com/what-is-the-entry-requirements-for-imperial-in-undergrad-level-i-mean-how-much-min-i-have-to-score-in-my-2-qna-1756790
