I agree with Shahid Khan85124 that you should concentrate on your 3rd year as of now and if you have a specific career in mind that requires prior preparation such as MBA, Civil Services, etc. then you may begin with the same.
Possible career options for you-
1. Masters degree in a specialized area
2. Foreign language if aim for an interpreter's job in the consulates and embassies. Some of the choices in this regard are French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.
3. Courses in advertising, journalism, mass communication, media studies, business management, performing arts, travel and tourism and more.
You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:

No course is easy or difficult if you have interest in that subject. If you do not have interest then even easiest subject can become a big burden on your shoulder. So, always choose a course wisely keeping in mind your area of interest, attributes and long term career goal.
2)
To join Bachelor's in Pharmacy, you need to pass plus two with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology . At Bachelor level there is no specialization.

After obtaining a diploma or degree in pharmacy :
- You can apply in good pharma companies as a Medical Representative. You can apply for pharmacist post in hospitals.
-You may start work in government department.
-You may even do research and development work.
-You may work in teaching field.
-After registering with the state Pharmacy Council you may set up your own pharmacy or chemists and druggists shop to stock and sell medicines and dispense them according to doctor's prescription.

As far as salary is concerned, it depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc so it would be tough to quote a specific figure.
