Hi, it would be very difficult for you to pursue your Masters course from Canada as it is a strict requirement by them that your under graduation degree must be a 4 year degree equivalent to the Canadian system. However, you can get your degree evaluated from WES. WES(World Education Services) in a non-profit organization which evaluates the number of credits in your degree and matches it with the credit requirement by the Canadian University. Provided you have completed the required number of credits in your BCA, you would be eligible to apply in a few universities in Canada. Also, i would like to let you know what a credit is. In Canada, a student in a high school or university earns credits for the successful completion of each course for each academic term. The state or the institution generally sets a minimum number of credits required to graduate.
Once your degree is evaluated and it does not meet the Canadian education requirement, you would have no option but to apply to UK or Australia or Europe.

First of all understand the requirement of these professional councils. They are there for promotion of professional institutions and providing grants to various institutions. They look after the integrated development of education and maintain educational standards. So, what is important is that the Institute should be recognized by one of these organizations not all & as Acharya Nagarjuna University is recognized by UGC it doesnt require AICTE recognition.
For doing PhD or going abroad you need to have a degree from a recognized University it can be either UGC or AICTE recognition.
