As you are already pursuing a foreign language and have completed your graduation, I think it is the right time for you to pursue higher education i.e going for Masters course with courses like MBA, M.Com or others.
There are many short term courses but it would be better if you could specify the field in which you wish to pursue a career so that based on that information I can provide you further information.

Hi,
Delhi University doesn't have any study centre in Indore. Out of the above mentioned Universities as far as my knowledge goes; only Annamalai University has a centre in Indore. For other Universities I would suggest that you should surf shiksha Institute & courses section.
As there is no concreat list of different universitys study centres it would be difficult to give you information on all the good Universitys study centres.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
