Why do you wish to go for two graduations. After BFA opt for PG program from NID or IDC, IIT powai in Design/Animation.
Private institutes including Arena, MAAC, Picasso, Frameboxx, ZICA etc all offer degree or pg in the field of your interest.
You may consider any good institute depending on its credentials

For MBA in uk u should be graduate or an Post graduate in any stream, and u also need to show two to three years of professional work exp, If u want to get in high rated B School so u need to have work exp of an managerial level or an position where u are controlling team.
There is no entrance test for MBA In uk only for English language u need to give IELTS with 6.5 , TOEFL above 90 or Pearson above 60. any on these will help in getting admission.
Course fees would be between 8000 - 35000 ponds depend on university u select. If you have good academic achievements u will also eligible for scholarship between 1000 - 2500 Pond
