You can only register for one course because it will be illegal to register yourself in two courses at the same time. It will hamper both of your courses because both the courses which you are mentioning are very tough and needs good attention from your side to score good marks in examination.
You can apply but if you want to do both from regular then it will be not possible because one course will be through distance mode either your M.Com or MBA. You can't apply for both the course through regular mode.
