HI Jatin,
Admissions are done holistically. There is not one single criteria on which admission decisions are made. Quite obviously, you must have maintained a good academic record to be considered. An ideal MBA profile includes
high academic standing, work experience of at least 2 years during which you must have demonstrate excellent skills and qualities such as leadership, managerial etc.
Extra curriculars
GMAT or GRE scores
and so on.
Hope it helped.

Hi Rohit,
It would be helpful if you have also mentioned the category of the MBA for the question you have asked.
For example - If you would have asked the best MBA college for pursuing banking and finance then I would have recommended Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance (SSBF). The placement provided in that institute covers many reputed companies excelling in the BFSI sector like Reliance, Yes Bank, HDFC Bank and much more.
Also, as per the placement report, the highest CTC offered was Rs. 8.75 LPA and the average CTC is Rs. 6.54 LPA.
