To get admission in IIT-Delhi, you have to work hard as it is one of the top IITs. You have to prepare for JEE Mains and Advanced exams. You should have good command on subjects like physics chemistry and maths. You have to clear JEE Mains and advanced exams with good marks so that you could get a good rank. The eligibility criteria of TGT Maths for KVS is given below for an idea.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Maths with any of the following subjects physics, chemistry, electronics, computer science, statistics.
  2. B.Ed
  3. CTET paper 2

So from above BCA graduates are not eligible for TGT Maths for KVS.

Some college may give you admission.
This type of admission is known as provisional admission. It means you are pursuing but you must have to submit your clear result within deadline given by college or before filling examination form. It depends on college. But if you are fail to submit result than they can cancel your admission and you may lost your amount of fees.

Yes, any graduate can give UPSC or SSC exam. IES (Indian Engineering Services) can be given by B.Tech students only and IES (Indian Economics Service) is for economics passout. You have to once check for the eligibility of IES. SSC can be given by anyone.
