Hi Gobi,
Will urge you to email you profile and grades to a few universities, admissions are based on an university's requirements and a candidate's profile. Mere completing a ELS course will not help. Also, whether or not you will be required to pursue a foundation course in English will be decided by the university. So, email them and see what they have to tell.

A student visa requires you to first apply to a program and be accepted by the university. You cannot apply for a visa unless you have the admission offer. Admission requirements vary with universities and programs, you must check individual university websites for information such as minimum academic grades, IELTS scores and so on.

There are many Top MBA Colleges offering MBA / PGDM Admission without Entrance Exams. These colleges granting admission on the bases of personal Interview and Group Discussion. Most of all Private Universities and Colleges all across India. It may be really tough, in fact next to impossible to get Admission in Top 50 MBA Colleges in India without Entrance Exams.
