Hi Divya, if you are intereted into Aviation industry so you can joined that industry anytime but before going into that you have some knowledge about that field.
Diploma in Public Relation is good course for your career in aviation, because in that you will learn everything about the Customer, how to handle them, how to present yourself infront of them when you are in that industry. So basic thing will be cover in that course.
But other than educational qualification you should have good communication skill, enterpersenoal skill, managerial skill, and you should know what is the client;s requirement.

Few good Mass Comm institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admissions to similar courses. The basic requirement for admission is good English both written and verbal, minimum qualification required is +2 from a recognized board. The entrance would consist of few objective type questions on GK, reading comprehension, grammar, etc.

You can look at Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) . Lot of companies outsource their requirements, to reputed placement consultants, who conduct the entire selection process. You can get in touch with these consultants, and work for them, from home. The second option is to start off independently, and approach corporates, using your network. If you have put in anywhere, between 5 - 7 years, in Recruitment, corporates will definitely give you a chance. The third option is RPO for countries like US or UK. There are lot of RPO players, who have a database of employees, working in the US or UK. They call up these employees, and talk to them, about job openings. You will have to approach these players and work it out with them. Lastly, I would request you, to kindly take the permission of your employer, before getting into this. This is because companies have their own policies.

To the best of my knowledge and research, i don't think there is any course for radio jockey under the Mumbai University. But there are many other institutes that are providing this course.
