In order to take admission inMaster program in automobile from german university you should have- a recognised first degree (Bachelor of Science or Engineering), Candidates shouldhave also performed above average in their undergraduate studies, The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is also required, Candidates should have an IELTS certificate (score 6.0) or of the TOEFL certificate (score 550 paper-based / 213 computer-based / 80 internet-based). Most of the university accepts online applications however i would suggest you to kindly contact the concern university for the exact procedure.
If you are interested in Automobile engineering program fromgermany then these are the good options for you:- RWTH AACHEN University , Dresden University , Technical University Munich, University of esslingen - germany etc.

Dear Shalini, For PhD kinda courses distance learning is okay but at least this distance should be practically measurable. I mean to say that you dont need to concentrate on foreign universities for your phd. (this is totally my personal perception) . As it really becomes difficult to communicate with the authorities and you never get a proper channel to have guidance for this course. Select an Indian University for your desired subject. And follow the routine system of Distance PHD. I recently have seen an add in classifieds about Singhania University for Distance PhD course. just have look at and keep your quest continued till you find the best for you. All the best.
