There is a field called KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing ) which requires professionals with work expertise in a particular function as in finance marketing and so on. You should look at doing, your part time or correspondence MBA program, from a reputed B School. There are lot of dedicated KPO outfits. You can look for an entry level position, and then gradually work your way, up the ladder.
