Well let me tell you noting is easy whether IIMs or MBA from Abroad. If you able to crack CAT exam then you may get an opportunity in IIMs for MBA for that you need lots of hard work and determination , no doubt IIMs are one of the reputed Institutions so if you get a chance there then nothing good then that. On the other hand going abroad for MBA requires lots of things as most of the good universities ask for GMAT , TOEFL scores or good percentage in academics. However its ultimately depend on you that where exactly you want to go.

Hi Dr. Sidharth, Univ of Auckland offers Master of Health Management, I suppose this is the course you are looking for. this is a non clinical course and will have job opportunities in NGOs and Hospitals. But if this is not what you aspire to be then what you can do is prepare for the Nz Dental registraion exam. Upon clearing which you will be able to practise as a dentist. The details requested for the above mentioned course are as follows - entry requirements
completed the requirements for an approved degree or diploma
