Both the courses have their own importance. The selection depends on your objective or career plans. If you plan to start medical practice, emergency medicine helps provided the state you practice allows allopathy medicine legally. Or else u can join reputed hospitals as RMO/Duty Doctor and the knowledge of emergency medicine comes handy. On the other hand if u opt for hosp management, you can aspire for management profiles in ayurveda and allopathy hospitals apart from having having your own practice. U need to set your objective and choose.
