Well as per your question all that I could understand is that you are pursuing MBA in HR and want to go for an Aviation course.
Aviation is a huge domain and has various sub fields/ disciplines under it making it difficult for me to specify any one without knowing your area of interest. You may look for courses like Flight dispatcher, attendant, ground staff, aviation management etc.

It will entirely depend on your area of interest and career preference depending on which you may take a decision. Both MBA in HR and aviation industry are quite different from each other and making a transition would be a challenge but you better decide depending on your area of interests in mind.
