Rohan,the eligibility criteria to apply in Asian Business School is that you should have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation and you have to give any of the competitive exams like CAT/MAT/XAT/C MAT. If u have not appeared for any of these exams you can apply for Dec MAT.

Fee structure of MBA courses vary from anything between 21000 to 20 lakhs in our country. Difficult to predict the average. But spending some 8-9 lakhs should fetch you a degree from a good college. But don't judge colleges according to the fees they charge for admission.
About working during study, i will say you can work part-time but it all depends upon how much time you will get there.
