Yes you may surely pursue two different course at a same time through distance education from two different universities.
However I would suggest you to pursue only one course at a time by this you will be able to give your 100% in studies.
While pursuing a course you may opt for pursuing certificate or diploma course in:
- Basic computing.
- Ms office.
- Tally.
- Advance Ms excel. etc.
As by pursuing any of the above mentioned course you will have good job opportunities.

No, Delhi University does not offers BBA degree rather it offers BMS, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies- University of Delhi offers BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) degree.
