As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MBA and get a government job, so regarding this please remember in order to get government job you need to have a MBA degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Please note that autonomous AICTE approved institutes do not award MBA degree rather they offers PGDM.
If you are pursuing MBA or PGDM which is not recognized by UGC or AICTE then it would be difficult for you to get government job.
So as per your query I would suggest you not to pursue MBA or PGDM for institutes or universities which are not recognized by UGC or AICTE.
