Hello Christopher Sabhnani, at Sikkim Manipal University the fee structure is as follows :
All the students have the choice of opting for ANY ONE of the following two payment options. (inclusive of exam fees of Rs. 1,500)
will be charged.
Semester-wise payment:
Under this option, a student would pay the fees at the time of registration as per the schedule below. The semester fees is inclusive of tuition, examination and alumni fee.
1st Instalment - Rs. 33,450
2nd Instalment - Rs. 10,050
3rd Instalment - Rs. 10,050
4th Instalment - Rs. 10,350
One-time Full Payment:
This option allows a student to pay the total program fee one time; full time payment will be entitled for a waiver of 15% on the tuition fee. Thus, the total fees payable by the student would be Rs. 55,440 instead of Rs. 63,900.

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering and further wish to pursue masters degree from universities abroad.
So regarding this please remember as the medium of education in universities abroad is english so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
So if your first or native language is not english in that case you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test, without these test it would not be possible for you to get admission in universities abroad.

A Company Secretary is a senior position in a private sector company or public sector organisation, normally in the form of a managerial position or above.
To become a Company Secretary, the candidate needs to pass three stages - the Foundation, Executive, and Professional Programmes that are conducted by the Institute. Thereafter, they need to undergo practical Management Training for about 15 months in companies sponsored by the Institute, which a student may opt to start after passing the Executive Programme, to become eligible for membership as a Company Secretary.
This course is a mixture of postal tuition, optional coaching classes and regular examinations at specified centres.
After qualifying Professional Examination and on successful completion of training, a candidate is admitted as an Associate Member of the ICSI and can use the letters ACS (Associate Company Secretary) after his / her name.

Research is an organizational goal which is done through stated objectives and with a team. There is nothing like independent research scientist. Independently, you can research to some extent during Ph.D. but that too would require institutional help like literature, simulation tools and experimental set up. Research can be done in all fields and EEE branch is included. Image processing, although is taken up by ECE and EEE students but in depth knowledge is required and thus it is more suited to CSE branch.
I suggest you to prepare for jobs after B.Tech. in DRDO labs, Isro, BARC, TFIR etc as scientist where enough scope is available for research.
