Hi Dear,
MBBS in UK is 5 years duration. Total fees for MBBS in UK is approx 80-90 laks,ie annual tuition fees is approx 12,000 pounds & living expenses is approx 7000 pounds. The Students looking for MBBS in UK have to apply online through UCAS (University & College Admission Service) & need to give UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT).You need to have good percentage in class 12th with chemistry & biology as compulsory subjects with IELTS 7.0 bands. You can look for MBBS from University of Aberdeen, King's College London, Cardiff University, University of Glasgow etc. UKCAT result is valid for one year only. UKCAT have Test centres all over the world.

As you have already completed your engineering and interested in film making, I would request you to think over this decision again as both the fields are totally different and you would enter the media world, you have to again start from the scratch.
But keeping in mind your keen interest towards film making and advertising, I would like to say that media itself is do dynamic and film making will be more of challenging. To start your career in film direction it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So i would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge.
