As you are interested in Acting i would like to say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
Also I would advice you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various Fashion houses, AD agencies and Modeling agencies, as AD and Modeling usually provides the platform for Acting in movies.
Few good acting institutes are

FTII
Purple Rose Academy etc.

First of all, i would like to inform you that you are not eligible to apply to this or most universities in USA as the degree requirement is a 4 year degree or equivalent whereas you hold a 3 years degree. If you are keen in studying abroad, then you can either target UK and Australia, or pursue a post graduate diploma of 1 year duration in the same course, and then apply to the universities in US.

If your aim is to complete your MBA in 1 Yr, then you will have to do it in UK and not US. UK MBAs come at a wide range of fee structure depending upon the university and its location. There are MBAs which start from approx 3500 and go till 35,000. More over when studying in UK, you also have to calculate a very basic living expense of approx 6000 to start with.
