Hi friend, you haven't mentioned in which particular specialization you want to pursue your MBA. Any ways, there are various universities which offer distance learning MBA such as sikkim manipal university, symbiosis pune etc. If in case, you want to pursue MBA in core programs, you can consider CCE (center for continuing education), Dehradun. The most important thing you should keep in mind while choosing a stream is your own interests and career aspirations. So, if you are looking to move into technology and research based career go ahead and do M.Tech and if you feel more inclined towards management go for MBA.
As far as choosing between specializations, according to your education background you can opt for MBA in Agribusiness but if you are confused about whether you want to pursue your career in the Agribusiness field or not than you can go for General Management program

Although, as you have 5 years of work experience you can opt for a distance learning MBA, but which specialization would be suitable for you would depend on the kind of work experience you have if you have the work experience related to human resource i.e. training, recruitment etc. then in that case you can opt for MBA HR.
As far as completing your course in 18 months is concerned there can be courses of shorter duration but there is no concrete information regarding that. However, if you are looking for a shorter duration program you can opt for EMBA program.

HI,Correspondence and regular are not sit each other in IT field.I m say that correspondence/Distance that mean's you have no time,no money and also no idea that how to prepare any course or degree and also you are also not regular in study.So you are apply.Now see regular that mean's you are regular in study,u get update new's,u get better knowledge form near which is current company requited ,but distance student are not going regular college,the he/she not know that which required skill for job or degree which is u like target.regular student always touch of update to related of company,course,trick and also new ideas,so that why chose distance student ? RIGHT.Regular are better for further career in IT or industry field.Regular are better from distance in any company or job or field is best.So you are doing Regular is best.
