It is not safe studying for B.E in one year as you have to do 4yrs rigorous for this course. Once you have done a 4yrs study it will be easy for you in the future. Do not be carried away by one yr of B.E course.

If you are a graduate then you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned course from UK:
- Master International Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- Master in International Hospitality Management .
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation plus you need to take IELTS test prove your english language proficiency.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time managerial/ supervisory work experience after graduation.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. Plus you need to take various management entrance test such as CAT,MAT,XAT etc.
