The portals of KIAMS are open to Graduates (at least a three year bachelor's degree from a recognized university) in any discipline with an aggregate of 50 percent or more marks. Other than joining class 11 you can also join diploma courses in engineering fields if you are interested.Several entrance exams are held for 3 year diploma course in India.After that you can join B,tech or directly do some kind of job.Please let me know which field are you interested in.

With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada you need to have 16 years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
