The portals of KIAMS are open to Graduates (at least a three year bachelor's degree from a recognized university) in any discipline with an aggregate of 50 percent or more marks. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the bachelor's degree can also apply, provided they complete their degree course prior to the commencement of the PGDM programme.
ADMISSION PROCESS
Admission to the 2-year PGDM is based on scores in the Common Admissions Test (CAT) conducted by IIM’s , Xavier Admission Test (XAT) by XLRI. Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) by AICTE.
The short-listed candidates will be drawn up based on CAT/XAT/CMAT percentile, sectoral scores, graduation results etc. They will be called for Group Activity, Group Discussion and Interviews at one of the centres- the KIAMS campus at Harihar and Pune, as well as number of other cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, New Delhi, Baroda, etc as notified in the admissions form.

UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.

To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.

Adding to what MSK70515 has stated, after B.E. / B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering you may opt for :
- M.E / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering
- M.E / M.Tech in Electronics Engineering
- Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics and Communications Engineering
You may even go for courses related to core and software field.
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.

With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada you need to have 16 years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS.
