Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test.

GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue masters degree form universities abroad.

" Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad is recognized by Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide the programmes. All it's Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes are recognized by various institutes / universities for eligibility for admission in various programmes in higher studies. However, since Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad is not recognized by UGC / AICTE there are institutions / universities where qualifications obtained through Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad are not valid. Since Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad provides Distance learning programmes admission to all it's programmes is direct without any entrance test / interview. Educational Qualifications for UPSC exam guide:-
The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent.
In exceptional cases, UPSC may treat a candidate who has not any of the foregoing qualifications as a qualified candidate, provided that he has passed examination conducted by other Institutions, which UPSC deems fit.
Age Limits
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
Number of attempts
The maximum number of attempts restriction is effective from the examination held in 1984. In case other eligibility conditions apply:
General candidates: four attempts.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates: No restriction.
Other Backward Classes: seven attempts.
