If you wish to build your career specifically in the field of travel tourism and hospitality sector only then pursuing MBA in travel tourism or aviation would be the best option for you.
However, if you wish to keep your scope open for other sector as well the you may consider pursuing general MBA program.

If you mean Thapar University, Patiala, then in order to pursue MBA from this institute you need to appear for nationally recognized entrance test for management education CAT will be considered for admission through GD & Personal interview.

** After 12th in Science (Combination : Biology, Physics and Chemistry) you may take up medicine. But, as you are not willing to pursue it then you may opt for dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology).
(ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
** Apart form doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
** You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post plus two level vocational courses.
** However, other than science stream you may even explore the opportunities commerce and humanities offer.
