As of now, there is no Bachelor"s degree for business administration offered in ISB.

One can complete the MBA after doing graduation. One has to clear the various entrance exams such as CAT GMAT MAT etc. To enter into renowned universities such as Delhi University, Indian Institute of Management. Here is the list of top B schools to pursue MBA

I got 96 percentile last year. Yes, there is sectional cutoff for MBA in MDI-G. It varies from 70-80 percentile.

Many private universities in Gujarat and other states offer integrated engineering and MBA.

140 is a below par score, I would suggest you can try once more or wait for result of other entrance exams. You might get better colleges based on the results of other exams.
