I am not aware whether BHU is offering B.Com or not. But, the average salary package that a person or a graduate gets is around 25k-30k. And yes, if it's BHU, then you surely will get placed in a reputed firm.

First, you need to check if a university will accept 50% or not. Also, take the SAT. The course regarding which you have plenty of options and flexibility in US, just visit a university's website and check the undergraduate majors. You can study anything you want as long as you meet the requirements.

According to my views and experience, NDIM is the best university for the management courses. In this university, you can get good placements. And, good companies come here for the placement cell. You can get good companies here for the placement. NDIM has good infrastructure and peaceful environment.

It is difficult to compare IAS with PGDM from top IIMs. Both, are highly competitive and few brilliant candidates can crack these examinations. IAS will definitely reach to minimum level of Additional Secretary of GOI and will be in position to impact society by policy formulation and its implementation.
But, the salary will be lesser, but perks will be very high. If you have social empathy and will to contribute to society, then IAS is a career for you. It really depends upon the college you want to join. Tier 2 B-schools have decent packages ranging from 6-12 lakhs in HR. HR from tier 2 colleges varies a lot, so before joining the college you must have a clear picture of HR placements of that college.
