Please take the GMAT to be eligible to apply for MBA programs abroad. You must also take the IELTS or the TOEFL to meet the English language requirements as an international applicant. Your essays and letters of recommendation will also be taken into consideration. MBA applicants must particularly work on their essays. You can further check the admission and average score requirements on university websites. Start the application process early, at least 8-10 months before the intakes.

For architecture courses, you need to clear JEE Mains paper 2 and JEE Advanced. To get admission into IITs for B. Arch courses, you need to clear an Architecture aptitude test (AAT) based on which you will be allotted seats.
However, JEE Mains paper 2 scores are being accepted by many reputed colleges.

You can select by checking the admission requirements, matching them with your profile, internship opportunities provided by the college, industrial tie-ups, co-op opportunities, fees, etc. Email the colleges about career assistance, etc. and find out.
