Best way is to start with computer science subjects with key courses in C++, Object Oriented programming and most importantly Algorithms and Data Structure.
Once done choose a full fledged game engine to work with and spent a few days learning the native API. This will be if you understand Object Oriented programming.
Once you have learned the API learn about the different pipelines in game design such as I)physics ii) gameplay and control ii) AI iv) User interface v.)particle effects etc.

Seeing the subjects you can try for courses related to Linguistics, Literature, Translation, Journalism, etc. But this is a personal choice and something you must know. If you are not aware of what you want to study then why do you apply abroad? Know what you want. Also, if you apply to a university abroad you have to explain why you chose the course. Check university websites for courses in arts and languages, check the admission requirements, decide where to study and apply accordingly.

There is a little difference immediately but in the long term you will require more certifications or qualifications for career growth if you choose PG Diploma. Also, these courses have different career outcomes so comparing MS and PG Diploma makes little sense. A MS is more into research and academics career. PG Diploma is a professional program so naturally you have to keep on enhancing your profile.

The diploma in Interior Design and decoration in Pune Institute of Applied Technology is a full time course and therefore there is no option to pursue it online or on part time basis. For obtaining high marks in BITSAT, you need to work on the following points:
Firstly, grab good command on the syllabus of BITSAT (physics, chem, maths), after getting confidence on the subjects, try to solve questions from all the materials you have, viz. NCERT, Reference Books, coaching materials.
An important thing to notice is to keep timer while practicing questions as BITSAT is more about speed.
