Hi Shriya, you have to first check the admission requirements on university websites, the entry requirements are different everywhere. You have to check if you are eligible for architecture or not with the varying background. Usually after B.Com you are not eligible for further studies in architecture. You may apply for Bachelor's degree again but now you have already wasted 3 years. So write to some universities abroad and see.

No, you can't apply for CA foundation before class 12th boards, because you will be filling your class 12th board percentage in CPT Registration form and it is compulsory. So, you will have to appear in your board exam first, and after that you can appear for CPT.

To crack NIFT entrance exam, focus on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English comprehensive and GK. For this, you can learn from apps of the specific topic. It is better if you buy a NIFT entrance exam book and prepare from that book to get an idea about the pattern of the question paper. Apart from these, you can also practice sketching, drawing and be creative, because, exam will also test your creative skills. Prepare well and all the best.
