You must obtain a law degree from a Canadian university and must pass the Barrister Licensing Examination & Solicitor Licensing Examination to practice. Different provinces in Canada would have different rules so check the respective rules and regulations online.

You can apply for JEE Mains. But, you can't expect to get any NIT's or IIIT's or CFTI's. To get these, you must be having minimum 75% marks for general category and 65%marks for SC/ST students or must be in top 20 percentile in class 12th examination conducted by respective boards.

In accordance with NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible.
The students must have a graduate degree from a recognized university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern.
