Faculty, Course Material, Quality Education, Fees, Accreditation, Infrastructure and most important Placements, all these are the factors that define a good and reputed college. And the best way to judge the credential is to:
*Make a list of the colleges for which you meet the requirements.
*Select the ones which meet your set criterion like funds.
*Select the best which fits in the kitty of above mentioned parameters.
Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc. I would suggest you to not to worry so much with the fee concern, rather put in your best to crack the seat in best colleges across and moreover, almost all educational hubs offer scholarships, education loans and even financial assistance to its students.
I believe that major concern is always with the placements, for the same, I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.

As you are pursuing PGDM (HR), and you wish to pursue further studies, so as per your profile, you can opt for Masters in HR from UK.

Well I would suggest you to go for FEB MAT first. If at all the score does not meet the requirement, then you may apply for their self test. As of now do not ponder much and give in your best to crack the examination with a much higher score.

The qualification criterion that is needed for a student to apply for Common Admission Test is a graduate degree from an approved college. The students have a score of atleast 50 percent in their final exams.
To prepare for CAT exam you may work on such points-
