As you have got above 80 percentile in CAT, you have got good chances. Graduation mark is also fine enough. As far as my knowledge goes there are no scholarships. But you can take education loan and repay it easily once you get admissions because placement is guaranteed.
Thank you!

BIM does not take sectional cut-offs into consideration. Academics for class 10th, 12th and UG are required for interview process. However, the final selection depends mostly on CAT percentile and GD-PI.

If you have more than 50% in your 12th then you can easily get admission in a good college for these courses. Some colleges are also available for less than 50% candidates. It depends upon their admission guidelines.

First of all, the candidates have to apply online on BITS admission website.
Based on the CAT scores and overall profile, the students are called for GD & PI.
Final selection is done after GD & PI.
With this percentile, you have less chances of getting a call.

According to me, marketing is better as compared to HR. You take any business organization you will find more opportunities in sales, market strategy, market research and similar roles. HR you will have limited roles and few number of skilled people are required to cater them. Instead you will find more opportunities in marketing field and even get higher incentives as per your performance, such an opportunity is rare in HR. So, in my view marketing has an edge over HR.

It is a very bad score. You can re-appear for CAT exam next year and try to get at least 80 percentile as it will help you to get admission for MBA program in a decent business school.

It will be difficult to get into a government institute for MBA at this score. If you have a good academic and work profile you have slight chances of getting into IITs (like IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Madras).
