84.75 is a decent score. But as the cutoff percentile for different exams is different every year and changes every time according to the exam. There is no fixed cutoff. Last year cutoff for CAT- 86 percentile, XAT - 78 percentile and CMAT - 96 percentile. You can apply and wait for the best.
PGDM has no reservation for gujarati minority.

There is no cut-off as such. It depends on the number of applications that NSB receives. Moreover, weakness in one area can be compensated by being strong in another. For example, your weak test scores can be compensated by good academics and vice versa. Advise is to apply without hesitation. It is just a matter of going online and making application.

Yes, you are right as far as the duration of study goes, the DIAC website clearly says the enrolled duration of study should be 2 years and this is the same requirement for PR eligibility. It does not mean that Australian MBAs are not worth it, it only means that the student should check the criteria for PR and PSW before applying for the course. I have always advised students to apply for a minimum duration of 2 years while selecting a course. The rule also says 2 years of Master’s, which means 2 Master’s of 1 year also are eligible. As the batch size is decent, there are good chances of placement. As SCM is a branch which you take here along with other branch, so you get two specialized degree. Placement record is decent enough which makes it one of the best institute to study in. And yes placement records are really good. Yes, you can get admission because IIMs consider CAT percentile along with academic profile and performance in GD / PI. Weightage is given to each aspect. So, if you score well in CAT then you have a chance.
