Hello Gitesh. To answer this question , it is needed to know what you are pursuing right now. If you are a +2 student, give engineering exams and take mechanical. In case you already have taken mechanical, strengthen your core subjects and sit for companies that offer RnD in placements. If you are a pass out from mechanical, visit websites of various companies you are interested and apply there. Most good companies have career section where you can find vacancies and apply to them.

Hey Pawan,
I would like to tell you that NIT or IIT are not the end. There are other private or central universities which do offer quality education and conform to international standards. You can apply to these universities entrance examinations. Even these universities also provide scholarship based on your performance in 12 or in entrance exams.

Hello Gitesh. I am a bit unclear with what you want to ask by giving a GD topic. This is a very common topic for GD. In case you want to know good opinions of people on this topic, visit this link: http://www.debate.org/opinions/are-women-better-managers-than-men

Hey Abhishek,
Not all private or govt colleges are better all alone. Generally nowadays private colleges provide better placement assistance than govt colleges and I will suggest you to go for private institutions. Also you can have better career outlook as well as holistic development in these institutions.
