You want to get into IT sector but your degrees doesn't really co-relate with it. Congratulations on getting this much marks in your intermediate. Many universities are offering scholarships in India on the basis of marks in board exams and you will be getting quite high scholarships. Amity, VIT, Lovely Professional University are some of the universities offering scholarship. I suppose Lovely Professional University has the best scholarship scheme in India. You can give it a try.

There are multiple colleges available in Delhi and if you are eligible you can take admission in any of them. However only a few out of them are good to give a shot for 3 years. I suggest you can visit - Delhi University. However going outside Delhi can get you multiple benefits like exposure and scholarships. Suggested universities -

Finance department, faculty wise is always helpful and with amazing expertise in all areas. The placements are also good, again they would depend on your graduation and your performance at IES. The average package is 4-5 lacs which means you get a good ROI.
