Go for colleges like VIT, SRM and Satyabhama. These will provide you with better exposure and also, try to clear some other engineering entrances like CUSAT, ComedK, WBJEE but in my opinion take admission in the colleges of Bangalore. These are the best in terms of computer science stream.

Hey,
It depends on your choice that is what you like the most. If you have an interest in computer and programming, you can go for MCA and if you want to join business trade then MBA would be better.

Yes, there is an option in BITSAT for changing the exam dates. This will be available from the last week of April or from the first week of May.
