Unfortunately with 45% you are not eligible to study abroad. You must have atleast 55% for the average colleges and 70% and above for the top ones. A suggestion for you, please complete your Bachelors degree in India and maintain a good academic record. You can apply for PG courses abroad if you manage to qualify.
