I don't know whether they are giving any scholarship or not but yes there are many other world class universities like Amity, LPU, SRM that are offering handsome scholarships to students on the basis of their marks in previous qualification. Logon to their websites for more information.

To take admission in MBBS in India :
You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam. Admission to MBBS is based on the marks gained in the entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC and many more.

You can take admission in PEC, Thapar, Longowal, etc. But then you have many reputed private universities like Sharda, LPU, Amity, Alliance etc where you can take admission with these good marks. Some of these universities are offering scholarships to students on the basis of their 12th marks or JEE marks or both. You have scored well in both so can logon to theri websites for more details.
